It's the same drug that hospitalized Demi Moore last month. Police arrested seven suspects for sellling "Spice" -- a sythetic marijuana sold as incense -- under the table at local convenience stores.

It's the same stuff that put actress Demi Moore in the hospital and has been blamed in other medical incidents nationwide, and it's banned in Florida.

The "incense" is a chemically treated plant product that is smoked like marijuana. It started showing up in stores in recent years until it was banned in Florida in 2011.

Parents called police to report the product was still for sale under the table, using a code word at five local conveince stores owned and operated by local merchants.

Investigators say since the drugs are so popular among teens, warehouse operations have been popping up in the region, Using toxic chemicals. In a West Palm Beach location, an explosion and fire destroyed one operation and a neuighboring business this week.

Police also note another similar explosion happened here in St Lucie county in November off Farmer's Market Road where a drug lab was set up.

I can't stand how they label it "synthetic Marijuana"!!! It isn't marijuana, it is nothing like marijuana. Another "scare tactic" to make marijuana seem evil!!! Legalize the real thing and nobody dies!!!
