New York can stay stupid and not legalize it. The heads will simply go to New Jersey, Connecticut and as far as up to Massachusetts to get it legally. Their loss. I mean, it's not like they can't use the money looking at the current state of the state. But, it seems to me NYC and their police enjoy harassing, fining and jailing the citizenry more than ensuring anyone there is happy. Then again, how else do you keep the population there shopping trying to buy happiness off the rack? It's one of the main reasons I left in January And don't miss it at all.

Using cannabis has been decriminalized in New York.
