I am about to harvest my first grow and was wondering do I need to let the cannabis cure for a couple weeks before I make tincture? Or is it okay to use once it is dried?

You should always decarboxylate before making tincture or edibles for maximum potency. I heat mine in a sealed jar in the oven at 225 for 40 minutes. It is already completely dry to start though.

Yes I should have been more specific. I was planning on decarbing. The question I have is do I have to let the cannabis cure for a couple of weeks before using it? I don't want to hurt the potency at all. I'm not really concerned about the flavor though.
It isn't necessary to cure. I do let mine dry out naturally before decarbing.
