So plant is in last week to week and a half Of flower grids are around 50 percent cloudy. Question is can I start my seeds ungerminated in light cycle till I can switch over, running a 600 watt hps during flower would switch over to 600 watt mh when turned to veg? Just asking cuz it's going to be my second go round

A plant has to have some maturity before you subject it to a flowering light cycle. it's a living thing, with phases of life, just like any other living thing. For example, a gardener does not plant vegetables in the fall and expect it to produce crops before winter. The daylength doesn't encourage growth.

You are better off germinating them under a separate lamp under a 23W daylight CFL. They will be OK for a couple weeks, till you can switch your lighting back to veg. Plants in veg aren't particular about daylength as long as its over 13 hours a day and warm.
