very slow vertical movement

hey folks , i have two seedlings that have their first and second set of big girl leaves. the problem is they are growing leaves but not growing up. soil is right , lighting is spot on and all aspects of growing are being met. related scoop : these two plants needed to have the seed cap physically removed. due to this its germ leaves did not do too great. they were yellow and curled. thoughts? thank you

Hello mate

I think you it may be stunted growth due to the seed cap getting stuck. I have had this a few times but the plants soon recover and as you have said you have all the other aspects are inline its just a matter of time. The only other things I can think are the temps are low causing slow growth, but the leaves are growing? or the light is close to the tops of the plants and there is no vertical growth due to this.
