Hey man, That looks more like HST. I will give it some time to recover from that. I will wait for the side stems to develop more before I start LST on those. I'm sure there will be someone that has a lot of experience that will comment with what to do next.

Hey Fry. Oh yeah she got a real bend haha. Good looking plant, i'm with Skottelgoed on this one. Let her grow out the next week, as soon as you can start tucking those nodes that are growing up into your trellis i'd go ahead and tuck them to start spreading this girl out. Nice job man
