Under five feet would be ideal. A 100% indica strain or even a indica hybrid strain would be good.
What is a good indica strain that doesn't grow too tall?

If you top them and put them in a scrog, everything's under 5 ft.

I have a White Widow in my rotation that is short and bushy, but as I said, a scrog eliminates the problem with height - Thread starter

I always like a Northern Lights strain and it grows bushy a lot of the time. Aurora Indica was another indica I've grown that worked.
I just received a Prism Seeds "Alien Technology" from True North Seedbank which I'm interested in. It is supposedly a more pure indica ( if that is even possible these day).
As far as I know the indicas tend to be less stretchy than the sativas so your looking in the right direction.
As MochaBud said, I like to SCROG too but I'm indoors. Outdoors even some LST will help to keep the height down.
