I started seeing some hairs in two days
From seed it can take up to a week, maybe longer. Clones typically go to flower sooner due to the maturity of the plant they came off. I recently had a holy grail kush clone, take almost ten days. She looks great now, but that caught me off guard. I don't think there's a black and white answer, a lot depends on the plant. When she's ready, mature -- she'll flower. Be patient, good luck.
