can it be too much Sun exposure?
Or fungus Gnats maybe?

Looks like burn. Maybe a drop of water & the sun magnified it.
 
That's coco coir right? What has it been amended/fed with? If you let the pot dry out to much in coco coir it's probably nute burn. Let it go lighter but never let the surface dry out.

A seedling can survive without any food added for almost two weeks, you should however feed very lightly in coir in the beginning to keep pH and EC in check . The seed provide nutrients for initial growth.

Yes for the coir and i leave it nearby the window/ or outside if not cold.
Its day 9-10 above the ground, i went to get grow pesticide yesterday and the shop owner checked the picture he said it was sunburn and another friend told me because its bit cold temperature…🤷‍♂️
I gave filtered/distillate water and leave it in the sun (i live on the Mediterranean coast and February is getting hotter and sunnier) just started to add nitrogen “grow” pesticide these days
Thats pretty much it
