Hello, all. Longtime lurker. It's been awesome learning from everyone and seeing your awesome accomplishments. I also appreciate the positive vibe on here; it's very conducive to learning about what can be an intimidating hobby for newcomers.

I would like to start a grow journal but I'm unsure how to go about it. In Ohio, our medical marijuana law (HB 523) went into effect September 8, 2016. Does this mean I will be able to start a journal? If there's a vet or a mod who could field my question I would appreciate.
