Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 ½ Cup flour
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ Cup brown sugar
  • ½ Cup white sugar
  • ¾ MagicalButter chocolate
  • ¼ Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ Cup MagicalButter

 How To

  1. Preheat oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Using hand mixer or stand mixer beat sugar and butter until creamy.
  4. Add vanilla and egg beat on low for 15 seconds. DO NOT OVER MIX!
  5. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix.
  6. Fold in chopped MagicalButter chocolate.
  7. Using hands, form balls (approx 12) on silicone MB mat
  8. Bake for 9-10 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE
  9. When cookies look puffy and SLIGHTLY brown, take out and let cool.
