Caught with Pot

St. Louis, MO Sometimes it takes a whole narcotics crew to bust someone for possession of illegal drugs other times all you have to do is sit at a desk in the courthouse and wait for the drugs to fall into your lap. This is what happened in a St. Louis courtroom when a man was arrested for possession of marijuana after a bag of pot fell out of his pocket. The man had a court date in June and had the subpoena to prove it. He arrived on time at the courthouse, and deputies say he fumbled the subpoena from his pocket, to ask them where he should go. As he did that, a small bag of a green, leafy substance fell out of his pocket. Uh ohthe deputies of course seized the bag, and it was quickly proven to be marijuana. Deputies took the man to the courtroom for his hearing, but his accuser never showed, and there was no reason for him to be there. After the aborted hearing, Harris was arrested by St. Louis police. Thats why you never bring pot into a courtroom!
