Headlights just start of his problem

<img src="https://www.420magazine.com/gallery/data/1073/user0055.gif" align=left>A High Springs man pulled over for driving without his headlights on early Sunday morning wound up with much more serious charges being filed against him.

Gainesville Police Sgt. John Franklin pulled over a car in the 100 block of South Main St. after noting the car had no headlights on. Police spokeswoman Officer Summer Hallett said the driver showed signs of being drunk and performed poorly on field sobriety tests.

After the man was arrested and charged with DUI, police searched his car.

Officers reported finding a plastic bag containing $3,350 on the front passenger seat under a pair of shorts, a clear plastic bag containing 32 grams of marijuana and four other plastic bags containing a total of 3.5 pounds of marijuana.

The man was identified as Jason Michael Fitzpatrick, 31. In addition to DUI, Fitzpatrick was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell with in 1,000 feet of a church. Police said Fitzpatrick was arrested within 1,000 feet of at least two churches, one Episcopal and the other Presbyterian.

Ok, so this dummy was pulled over... right? He's being charged with intent to sell within 1000 feet of a church. Didn't the officers decide where to pull him over? B.S. ALERT!
