Started the breeding program back in September, 2011. Four months later we have the first result from the first cross; Firestorm. It is a cross between the female Pineapple Express and the male Grapefruit Diesel.
She grew average an of 2 feet in the 2L bottle under 600w HPS. Grew in coco coir (by itself) and feed with Blue Planet Nutrients 3 Parts + Liquid Blue (Bloom Booster). Resin production start snowing during the 3rd week of flowering with trichome covering on top and under the leaves. The aroma is a mixture of skunk, almond nut, peach, skunk, and vanilla. Finish at 72 days.
The nug has a hint of purple, bright orange pistils, large calyx that is dense. Has a strong taste of fruit and skunk mostly. 80% head high and 20% body, last average of 2hrs from 0.5g that is very motivating and physical active can clean the house while on this. Overall a good strain, easy to grow. My next project is to create Firestorm F2, by pollinating the F1 male with the selected F1 female (this plant).
