I spray the rootball with a mild kelp & water mixture. Then I sprinkle @DYNOMYCO first. Then what you see is a combination of Bokashi & Frass& Dazzle, "Insect frass" I sprinkle on before it goes in the pot. So 3 things on that rootball.
