I have not dealt with them. Check out Spring's Journal. Something like what he has here: I am sure you can find other stuff on the Grow Lighting Page. Tons of ideas here on :420:

When you get time read some of the journals on here that have CFL's. I think t5/t8 is more popular, but you gotta work with what is in your specs/budget.
