All they had at the store was ground work all purpose fertilizer 12 12 12 will this be good to use with my current soil and plants

New to the site! First time grow. Growing three beautiful plants. All three have been sprouted: GG #4 (sprouted December 8,2021 Indica), Gorilla cookies (sprouted December 18,2021 hybrid)& Doughlato (January 02,2022 sativa??). Using 600 Led light growbox, soil grow, 18/6 light schedule, all natural grow. Any tips or feed back to help a brother?
