Re: KingJohnC's Twilight Groups LED 432W Spider COB Seed Cabinet Grow Journal & Revie
King J,
Thanks for this grow dude! I've been thinking about going LED, with a little more wattage thought, and this looks great. My grows are similar to what you normally use for nutes, etc. I have a...
Always go stand in your grow room before you flip the switch to flower, IN THE TOTAL DARK. Make sure there are no leaks. Some strains seem to hermie easier if you get a light leak, or opened a door quickly, or your timer went on a couple minutes late because there was a power surge/reset...
Make sure that you have 100% dark in your grow during your dark cycle. If a little tiny crack, or pinhole of light gets into your flowering plants during the dark cycle this can very easily happen. I've personally seen it happen two ways. Outdoors: a friend of mine is a caregiver, he had...
Re: NUTES - What To Use and How to use them - Tutorial
I use the 3, Grow Big, Big Bloom, and Tiger, then mix up banana peel with blackstrap instead of open sesame,,,,,,works CHOICE.
Flush though, last week, every day until runs clear, then dry one-two days...enjoy!
This sounds crazy, but I give nutes(fox farm only)and I flush them until the water that runs through is clear. I do this 2 days before my cycle week end. Then the last two days I let them dry right out. Some plants will require water/feed sooner or later, but flushing during the grow cycle a...
I've been doing Fox Farms 3 major nutes, Grow Big, Big Bloom, and Tiger Bloom. Then instead of open sesame I grind banana peel, and mix with 2 tbsp of pure blackstrap molasses 2 times per week with feed. Works great. Always flush out good 1 week before harvest for the 5 nights. Until each day...
Yes. The lights are stronger than veg lights, and the plants are bigger. But, still no need to over water/feed. You'll notice each plant will call for different amounts of water too, depending on their size, and demand. Keep the top of soil moist, you should let them get dry once or twice per...
I never even give them nutes until at least week 4-5. You are not necessarily trying to feed a seed, or a plant that small as to say. It just needs water. Once they are about 6-8 inches high, maybe then worry about nutes. What you're trying to do is build root structure at this point.
Definitely make sure you check the under sides of the leaves just to be safe. Hold them up to the grow light and if you see black dots, or actual mites, this is the problem. But yes, check nutes too.
