pests

Over the past week or so something appears to be eating holes in my leaves. I am indoors in both soil and hydroponics. Have been spraying with pyrethrum and neem. Anybody have any other ideas or might know what eats holes in leaves.

I checked and found my solution had a PH of around 5. I do have bugs also. What do you think is causing my probs? HELP... The tops aren't getting attacked yet but I want to meet the potential and don't want things to go bad. HELP!@!!!

i have just seen little tanish white creepy crawlers on my babies. i have 100% neem oil. should this knock out the pest problem? please help. i caught it early so i hope i can control it a rid myself of them?
