1 month into 12-12,things look static

My three girls are starting there 5th week of budding tomorrow,and for the last week-to ten days things have not changed a great deal....Is it me being impatient or is it the calm before the storm? They smell really strong if that helps at all....
Its my first grow,so any help will be much appreciated ..
