12 plant NFT system(maybe) Q's

Hey everyone! I'm trying to get my first grow system up and running and had some questions. I'm going to be running a 12 site hydro system Scrog'ed out in a 3x4 screen. I'm using 4,4ft 4" PVC sections with 3 sites each running into a single res that is 42"L x 21"W x 16"H.

I was going to use Airo heads for watering but then I was thinking about just going NFT.

So my questions are 1. How big if a pump would I need for Airo and how big for Straight NFT?

And 2. What are some general watering times for NFT?

Very nice setup. Pretty much what I'm going for. Good call on the end caps, I was just going to put a window screen over the end to stop the roots from going into the res.

I'm going to go with a slightly bigger pump because um using 4 tubes.
