1st time growing indoors - Need help

This is my first grow I'm using Coco in a 4 by 4 tent I currently have six plants under a stealth grow sg602 LED light. Here are some pictures of what I have going on. What should I do differently, what am I doing right and is my light Too Close or is it too much light? Myelitis setting 24 inches from the tops of the pots.
