A question about Cannabutter

How long does it take you to feel the effects of cannabutter?

I have eaten MJ before and it has taken up to two hours to get high off of it. But at the same time, I have made Potka (MJ dissolved in alcohol) and that hits pretty quick (5-10 minutes).

I'd like to try making cannabutter but not if it takes over an hour to get high with it.

Well when you're eating marijuana products, it usually does take longer for it to kick in.... instead of the THC being instantly delivered to your bloodstream via your lungs, it has to go all the way through your digestive system.

But the high you get is definitly worth the wait.
