Air flow or humidity for my seedlings?

Here in SW Colorado, it is very dry during the winter. About 15% RH. I have some seedlings- two autos- three days old. & 6 other photoperiod seedlings- just sprouting today. My question is- should I keep their humidity domes on while in this seedling stage? Or is airflow more important. Inside the dome the humidity ranges from 40%-70%. & as i said before, without a dome right now these seedlings are in 16% RH. what would you do?

You should have them under the dome while they are seedlings. Personally i would move them out, and into good airflow around 5-10 days after sprouted (depending on plant size by then).
