ALERT: MOLLICA TO TESTIFY AGAINST KUBBYS
Earl Mick Mollica, a 20 year DEA special agent who specializes in testifying
against medical marijuana patients, has just been announced as a surprise
rebuttal witness. David Nick, after hearing the prosecution announce they
would be using Mollica was outraged and told the judge, "Earl Mick Mollica
is a liar and a fraud!"
David told the judge that Cattran had promised him that Mollica would never
be used and even wrote him a letter which assured David that Mollica would
not be called, because he had retired. Cattran denied the letter existed,
until David produced it. Unfortunately, the judge refused to disallow
Mollica.
Faced with a ruling that Mollica will be allowed to testify, David asked for
a two week continuance to gather the necessary rebuttal witnesses and
transcripts. Motion was denied and Mollica is scheduled to testify this
coming Tuesday.
All of us are outraged at the tactic of sneaking Mollica in at this late
date, without allowing time for us to properly impeach and expose this
witness.

WITHOUT TIME TO PREPARE THE MATERIAL TO EXPOSE MOLLICA, WE MUST RELY UPON A
STRONG SHOWING OF SUPPORTERS TO WIN THE DAY WITH THE JURY.
THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU CAN DO IS TO ATTEND OUR TRIAL NEXT WEEK.
You certainly won't be disappointed if you attend. You won't want to miss
Mollica's testimony, because our attorneys will still attack Mollica with
information they already have on hand. In fact, Dr. Baldwin has been hard
at work, building a case against Mollica and is working even harder this

Mollica, it will be closing arguments and a big crowd of supporters would be
very helpful then too. Many prominent activists are usually at the trial
and the court deputies are friendly and respectful towards patients. Ryan
Landers even spilled a dozen joints out of his coat when a deputy was
passing him through security. The deputy asked to see a recommendation and
then wished Ryan a good day and let him go.

DIRECTION TO DEWITT CENTER COURT: Coming from Sacramento and the Bay Area,
take Interstate 80 through Auburn and exit at the Bell Road exit. Turn left
on Bell Road and go about 2 miles down Bell Road. At about the 2 mile point
you will approach the intersections of Highway 49 and Bell Road. Continue
going straight through that intersection for about 2 more blocks until you
find First Avenue, then turn left onto First Avenue. Go down First Avenue to
B Avenue and take a right. The Courts are located about in the middle of B
Avenue on your left hand side. Parking is available on the right hand side
