I am making this issue(rescheduling of marijuana) the states
attorney generals problem to fix as he is in charge of the legality of
all colorado state run governent offices and programs, And by not
petitioning the dea to reschedule marijuana he is personaly and
knowingly incriminating apprx.
7,000 law abiding colorado state
citizen and we will stand up with a class action law suit if not
corrected imediaely.

in jeopardy legaly with the dea, by accepting money from us(90$

and one county in usa], and by not doing this u are subjecting the
state of colorado to many law suits.)
AND ISSUE US (STATE ISSUED AND RECOGNIZED) AND RECIEVE MONEY FOR
ILLEGAL ID'S UNDER THE DEA'S LAWS

!!! I also recieved the same from Rev 420. In the state of Iowa Rev Carl Olsen (google it for case info) has been pursuing this for sometime. However since he lives in a non MMJ state it is harder. I believe he is looking for someone else who does live in a Medical Marijuana state, to do the same thing, sue the DEA to remove Marijuana from Schedule I since it no longer fits the criteria. Simply because your state has already legalized MMJ means it believes that "Marijuana does have (current) accepted medical use for treatment in the United States and is safe under (or not as we all know) a doctor's supervision." Which inturn means marijuana does NOT fit the criteria for Schedule I. Power comes in numbers, the more people we can get to force the DEA to remove Marijuana from schedule I the more it will force the hand of the almighty mysterious federal government of the united states of america who refuses to accept current scientific and medical facts concerning the use of Cannabis.
