Am I doing LST right?

It is a really small plant. Not sure why it's growing so slow but that's not the point of this post lol.

I started LST because I figured they are tall enough. Am I doing it right?

Yessir. Any pulling or bending of branches is considered LST. Keep up the good work

Your plants look healthy. I know, it's a funny thing when you start doing LST, grabbing a stem or leaf and bending it to your will. But it ain't rocket science and if you pay attention to how the plant responds you'll master it quickly. There are lots of videos out there about it.

Here's a snapshot of when I first tipped my plant over to make it grow sideways for "no-technique" training. Ya just decide how you want it to grow and start yanking!
