Hi everyone I have recently joined the 420 forums.
I had read it before but never had anything myself to contribute. Until 6 weeks ago when a friend gave us 4 clones from a batch he'd bought. My spouse planted one in the ground intending to keep it and the other 3 in pots intending to give them away. A week later it rained so bad the yard flooded and damaged the potted ones. No one wants them so we have 4, the extra will go into the ground now we know we are keeping them. They are coming around now, but will be smaller then hoped.
The one in the ground is great, they are a Northern lights strain. I had pinched the top off to encourage short bushy growth instead of the tall ones.

I have a bunch of pics but I picked a few to show for now

I will start a journal soon and then show all 4 as they progress.

On a personal note I have been a MJ lover for what seems like for ever but really only 15 years.
When I was in my teens I smoked it for the joy of it. Now that I am older I find it a great pain relief. I had a car accident, at any rate it helps. I find I do not get the 'high' I used to. When I smoke my pain reduces and I seem clearer headed. Compared to people who smoke with me and have no pain. Weirdly enough when I come across that amazing strain you see every once in awhile I do seem stupefied somewhat, but still the pain relief takes centre stage.
My pain specialist thinks it is because the ' medication ' is doing what is it supposed to, as opposed over or mis medicating. Which is what recreational smoking is in his opinion. Normal weed helps with any pain for me , but I need a good body buzz strain to affect my neuralgia.
I read here in a curing thread how to make more sure on the intensity of the weed for picking. So the site has already helped me!
