The Arkansas Medical Marijuana Commission is expected to discuss when they will issue cultivation and dispensary licenses.
The commission meets Monday evening and will go over how many applications they have received, those eligible for merit scoring and the number of dispensary applications by zone.
They'll also review the deadline to receive background results from the FBI and application and renewal fees, including a refund for applications denied prior to being submitted to the commission for merit scoring and more.
In September, the Department of Finance and Administration said there were 322 applications submitted for medical marijuana facilities; 224 for dispensaries and 98 for cultivation facilities.
