Aurora Police Auctioning Confiscated ... Flower-Growing Equipment?

The City of Aurora is selling various "confiscated items" at a public auction in January. Among the goods are the effects one would expect to have come into the city's possession through police criminal investigations: a gun case, GPS systems, tools, knives and two sets of ... "Misc Flower Growing Equipment"?

Are florists suddenly running afoul of the law in Aurora? Or maybe the city is selling equipment confiscated from, uh, another group of professional horticulturists? Aurora City Council has been criticized for declining to regulate and tax medical marijuana dispensaries as other cities have. Looks like it may have found another way to cash in on the crop.
