A Bethlehem Township man who along with his wife and their 16-year-old son is charged with selling marijuana has had his bail reduced. Frank J. Capozzi, 47, of 110 Freedom Court had been held on $30,000 cash bail since his Sept. 19 arrest. County Judge Emil Giordano on Wednesday reduced bail to $50,000 percentage, and Capozzi can be released if he posts $5,000.

Lisa Capozzi, 44, was freed last week after posting $2,000 to satisfy her $20,000 percentage bail. The couple's son, whose name has not been released, remains in the county's Juvenile Detention Center. Frank Capozzi is charged with 10 counts of conspiracy, two counts each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance, and one count each of delivery of a controlled substance and corruption of a minor.

Lisa Capozzi is charged with 10 counts of criminal conspiracy, three counts of possession with intent to deliver, and two counts each of possession of a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance.

The boy is charged with possession of drugs, delivery of drugs and conspiracy.

The Capozzis had been under investigation since July. Police said that during that time, they sold nearly a pound of marijuana to undercover officers.

At Wednesday's bail hearing, Nina Reynard of the county's pretrial services department said the Capozzis moved to the Lehigh Valley from New Jersey about seven years ago.

She said Frank Capozzi has ''a fairly significant prior [criminal] record.'' However, she said, Capozzi's most recent arrest, excluding the current drug charges, occurred about 18 years ago.

Reynard also said the Capozzis, in addition to the son who was arrested, have two other children younger than 18 and one adult child.
