Best light cycle for vegging plants?

I have seen so many who propose 24/24 for vegging, and then those who claim 18 and 6 is the best lighting schedule for vegging?

These babies are 4 day old seeds .. popped (Crown Royal seeds from CKS) .. they are currently on 24 / 7 growing.

So We'll see how they do.

18/6 is universal I think. Anything 14+ lights on is good for her.
(Unless it's auto, in which case it dont matter)
