Best way to aquire cannabis oil in the uk for the treatment of cancer, when growing your own is not an option

Hi

I'm sorry if this kind of post is not allowed but I'm pretty desperate.

Without going into the details I require cannabis oil to treat cancer, though I'm lacking the means to grow/currently not aware of a reliable source.

If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
