I am just curious if anybody's had experience mixing biochar and manure with pro mix 4 seed germination.

I’d stay away from manure not only for the germination but for the grow in general. It has a nasty NPK ratio and a bit too much micronutrients that you don’t want in abundance.

Inert soil is best for starting seeds. They have all they need for the first couple weeks of life.
