bloom time..

hi,
Im doing my first aeroponic grow and was wandering if someone could help me out with how long the usual bloom cycle is. theve been in for about 6 weeks but they havent goten that thick yet.theyre only about 2 feet tall but theyre very healthy. some of the hairs on the tops are turning red but not alot.
should I let them go 10 weeks???

They have been 6 weeks into flowering? Or 6 weeks from the start of growing? What strain are you growing? Is it Indica, Sativa or a mix?

theyve been in bloom for 6 weeks and I believe its a ativa.

sounds like its a sativa then. Sativas take longer to flower anywhere from 10 - 13 weeks.

are the fingers on the fan leaves long and skinny or short and fat?

theyre kinda in-between if that makes any sense. Ive seen fatter so I would say long and skinny.

actually I just looked up some photos and it deffinitley indica.

some strains really start to pack on the weight and girth in the last two weeks of flowering so you may be good, get a magnifying glass or even better get like a 10x hand held microscope to check the color of you trichomes so you know when to harvest.
