Botanicare-Stains Roots?

Greetings 420mag crew, just wondering because I've read folks infer Botanicare Pro Veg or Bloom has a tendency to stain the roots.
True or False?
How bad?
I have some staining that has gotten progressively worse has I've increased
PPM, I'm in week 4 now, a few real dark spots like somebody poked a sharpie at them, but over all the roots below the water line have a dark or tinted color to them, nothing feels slimy or smells, water temps have been in the low 70's, a few temp spikes up to 76'ish but not for more than a few hours.
Anyone else experience a staining issue using Botanicare ?

TIA,
John Whorfin

Thanx regulator, I was at the begining of a learning curve with my 1st hydro grow.
I had staining & rot just needed to learn the diff between them.
All good now!

Best Regards,
J.W.

watch out for the root rot, keep an eye on temperatures (try to stay below 70f) and add hydrogen peroxide to the reservoir to help control it, I'm not sure if you have to use the 3% or 30% food grade to be effective, also not sure the exact amount to be used, a few ml per liter? or gallon? (check that one before trying). Had what I thought to be early signs and 3% cleared it up in a few days, if it really was rot.

if you still have the spots or dark discoloration pictures might help.
:goodluck:
