Sure thing. If you don't have any calmag yet try and get yourself a bottle soon. It's most likely missing some Magnesium. The structure looks great but I can't see the coloring of the plant.

Tell me what your plans are with the grow. Are you growing organically? What type of media/brand is the plant in? The type of nutes and strength you are at.

Distilled lacks Ca and Mg so using tap will definitely help. It's the start of a Mg def but not serious yet.
I’m growing in natures care organic potting soil with water conserve but I added just as much perlite as soil and peat moss too help it dry faster. Only thing I’ve used so far is blood meal and fish fertilizer. I did add casting worm too the mix as well but not a lot

I use the same but I only cut the MGOS(miracle grow natures care organic potting soil) with 25% perlite and no other moss. You have changed the balance of the soil by adding the moss so the media doesn't buffer properly anymore. You most likely have a slightly more acidic soil but I don't think it' an issue. Just keep that in mind for future use.
I would go with the tap water but I would also grab a hold of some calmag as you may still need it. I typically let the water sit out for 24 hours but it's not necessary as plants use chlorine
