Can Loretta Lynch Ban Legal Pot At A Federal Level?

Loretta Lynch does not support President Obama's view on legal pot. For the first time during her term, The Supreme Court has to make a decision on how to view states that have legalized marijuana.

In 2013, the former General Attorney Eric Holder said that states who choose to make pot legal will be free to do so, as long as they implement regulatory measures.

Following Colorado's legalization of marijuana, neighboring states like Oklahoma and Nebraska are not happy with the increased amount of illegal Colorado marijuana that goes through their borders. They want to weigh the issue on The Supreme Court, who could dismiss the case or make a decision on the subject.

Colorado believes that this is not an issue for The Supreme Court. State Attorney General Cynthia H. Coffman upholds that state legislation should handle marijuana regimentation.

Everyone is eager to know how Loretta Lynch stands on this issue.

Although Barack Obama said that marijuana is not more dangerous than alcohol, Lynch does not hold that view. In her confirmation speech, she said that will hold the federal ban against legalizing marijuana. She also opposes Barack Obama's views on the subject of how dangerous marijuana is.

Marijuana is now legal for recreational use in the following states: Washington, Oregon, Alaska, the District of Columbia and Colorado.

The court is not expected to make a decision until next term. The decision can have a serious impact on legal pot in the United States.

we need to start a petition showing solidarity as a people, she works for us, so no matter her personal view, she needs to see the people
support each other

This sounds like a great subject to post on change.org. How many petition signers do you think we need to have her eyes opened? Any press is good press right, or any press is bad press if you are obviously an idiot

How do you think she would look with a few hundred thousand (or millions?) of petition signers asking for her impeachment or is censure an accurate term? Hmm..

I am sorry LavaLemmons. Facts do not dissuade a fanatic. Obama did a great disservice to the citizens of the US to put her up for attorney general in the first place. You could put a petition with millions of signatures on it and you would not change her mind. Like those that insist, despite vast scientific evidence that the climate is changing, that climate change is normal, your petition would be dismissed out of hand. Such is the " reasoning" of a fanatic, or the reasoning of someone in the Koch brothers' pockets. By the way, we do not support each other any more. We could no way get the labor unions set up like we did in the 30's 40's and 50's. It is every man ( or woman) for themselves and devil take the hindmost or the unfortunate. Since when have you stood up when your friend is arrested and declare I smoke too arrest me too?

I would recommend that hundreds of people turn themselves in for possession of a small amount of pot, in say, Cleveland Ohio but that ain't going to happen, either. The days of people marching to champion others rights are long gone, and that is way too bad. You can all get together to smoke some pot, and think how you stickin it to the man by your civil disobedience. It would be alot different if you were getting firehosed and bit by mean dogs and hit with clubs, that is for sure!

Unfortunately, her job is to enforce the law. Some AGs are very selective about what laws they will and will not enforce but the AG mostly works for the president. The president is the chief law enforcement officer and can and does direct the AG. The president can and does sometimes replace the AG. Our biggest problem is that LAWS need to be changed and that takes politicians who are more worried about the next election, HOWEVER... the tide IS turning on public opinion. Note... Chris Christie has said that if he is elected he will shut it all down.
I don't think Lynch will move against Obama's will. The tide is finally turning, I've waited for almost 45 years for a freaking PLANT to be made legal. Where did anyone imagine that they have the moral (or any legitimate) authority to tell another human being that they cannot grow or possess any plant that it pleased The Lord to cause to grow. Our inherent rights: Life Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness cover this but really it should never be an issue for a human being to have or grow any plant.... absurd.
OB should do an executive order, he seems to be good at that.
