From the photo it looks like the leaf is somewhat curling downwards more than upwards. Which is a trademark of Phosphorous deficiency. If it were curling upwards thats a trademark of Potassium deficiency. Calcium deficiency trademark is more patchy when it comes to its pattern of brown and yellow spotting fading.
My diagnosis based off of a single photo shot from above is Phosphorous deficiency though it could be Chlorine deficiency... with that said that's not very commonly found. If anything it's more common to find Chlorine Toxicity. If you could share a photo of the plant shot from the side instead of above I could much easier assist you in diagnosis! Cheers mate
