Can you move plants in/outdoors during cycle?

Ok, so I recently got my MMJ card and can now grow at home. However, I will be moving soon, so what I want to know is if I can start the plants outside in a pot, them when I move bring them indoors. I will be using bag seed from a collective (Oregon doesn't have dispensaries), strain:Jack Frost. So, since I am using bag seed, no biggie if it doesn't work, but if there's little chance it will work, I'll just save the seeds until I am moved.

since they're in pots and they are able to be transported. they may experience shock at their new location. insects may be a problem also.
