i have planted this seed 4.5 days ago
it looks a bit weird, can someone tell me if it is ok,
it looks like it is upside down?
but i am not sure

It's popping up out of the rockwool...give it another day or so. You should be fine. Although it looks as though your medium is over saturated...

Just my opinion though...
