Chain of Custody

My chain of custody letter listed a urine and a hair test. When I arrived at the Quest Lab, they only used a urine test. Did they make a mistake? Will I be asked back for a hair test? The form was titled Hair and/or Urine. The unchecked boxes for each test looked like they were inserted seperately from the rest of the form, i.e. the urine and hair test was added to the form and not a permanent part of the form. Also, my reciept listed "speciemen" with a # and next to it it stated NOTEST. I'm afraid they made a mistake. I know I passed the urine, I was 53 days clean and tested my self two dozen times passing on day 34 thru 53 mostly with the first sample of the day. I will not pass a hair test as I am well shy of 90 days.

Normally they would just do the urine test, the hair test is better for them but it also costs more money. With the "or" added I would say the employer just wanted the urine test done.
