Clone Questions

I have my clones in my humidity dome with heat mat. Question is how many days do you go without opening dome vents? A little at a time?

I open for 2 min twice a day for first 3 days just to refresh the air. After that I leave it off for longer and longer until they don't droop then off permanently.
