CO2 Laser Tubing: Is it required? If so where from?

Hello.

I have a fully sealed room with split air con and want to install CO2 regulation.
I have read I should disperse my CO2 using tubing at ceiling level so it rains down:

My question is:
If I have enough fans circulating the air do I need the tubing? Will it not just stir it up enough?

If I need to get tubing where can I get it from? I seem to be struggling to find an item.
