Two men are facing charges after allegedly setting up a somewhat innovative scheme to sell marijuana.
Police were tipped off late Friday afternoon that a hotdog vendor in Gore Park may have been giving out more than just buns and wieners.
Undercover officers managed to determine that would-be drug buyers were giving $25 payments to a man in the park, who would then direct them to the hotdog stand to pick up their dope.
The alleged money man, 25-year-old Gerry Valdez and the hotdog vendor, 23-year-old Matthew Cotter are now facing drug charges.
