Concentrated Oil

Good morning, My friend put Northern Lights bud and Raw Coconut Oil in a crock pot and maked a concentrate oil. The affect from a 1/2 teaspoon help me sleep all night and helped with my back pain. Have anyone tried this and what affect did it have for you?
