Confused on how high to hang my light

So I have a grow tent that’s 24x48x60” with the full setup, carbon filter, oscillating fans, vent fans, etc.

My grow light I decided to go with us a “2000w” full spectrum LED light, now yes I’m aware that this isn’t actually 2000w (more around 300-400)

I’m struggling to understand how high to hang my grow light, I know that during the seedling phase it’s recommended to have 200-300 umoles/second. But the parameter picture with the led light says that at 16” it produces 1762 umoles/s so knowing the inverse square law my light produces around 440umoles/s at 32”

Am I correct so far with my calculations?

if so how much higher do I have to go to get it down to 300 umoles/s, I’m not the biggest math person and couldn’t find any YouTube videos that explained it well.

Grow light should come with Manufactures suggestions for hight. I'd follow those. Seedlings don't need much.

You'd do yourself a favor by forgetting about the numbers and calculations and just observing.
At seedling stage to advent of proper veg hang at 20 inches
You need to watch every day.... After a week of watching, you'll know what to do
