Dark Period Before Harvest does anyone do this ?? is their proof that it does something to the plant or is it just a waste of time thanks for any response that will help me decide if i am going to try this

I've done it for 48hrs and they were the best plants I had. This was last summer. Very happy to say I'll be doing it in a couple of days to an auto that is close. I use soil though, might be different for you in hydro.
