Daylight in shade or 50W CFL

Hello everyone,

I generally leave my first grow outside whereby plant receives 4 hours of direct sunlight and the rest at shadow. Then I move the plant into the grow space where there is 50W of CFL light on top of it. I wonder if the daylight at shadow (Mediterranean region).

1. Which one is better for vegetation period? Leaving her outside during the day or let her get direct sun and then move it under CFL's?
2. How about those days with cloudy weather? Daylight or CFL?

It was 18:30 now and there is plenty of light outside but was it enough?
I thought I would make us of a light-meter and downloaded one into my mobile. Results are very helpful.

Outside (18:30): 1000 Lux
Grow Room: 2500 Lux

Which persuaded me that it would be better if I move her indoors this time of the day. I will carry on the measurements through different times of the day to spot the times which has less light.
