Denver Zoning Board Puts Dispensary Out of Business

The City of Denver ruled against a local dispensary's zoning and Herban Wellness has been denied a license and must close by 08/20/10. In my opinion this was one of the more professional dispensaries in Denver and did a fine job of supplying patients with high quality product in a confidential enviroment.

One more reason to study the candidates position on MMJ and legalization and vote the weed in Novemver!!

They had been fighting the zoning board for several months and it became to expensive for the dispensary to continue after the final ruling was issued.
